Jose and his partner were great and very professional and covered all aspects of my cooling system.
My service guy was pleasant, professional, and did his job. He inspected all parts of the unit and unfortunately reported it was shot. He explained why it was toast and set me up for a sales appointment later the same day. Very satisfied with the service call.
Besham Basdeo came to our home for a tuneup on our furnace and air conditioner ... He was very thorough, explaining all he had done as well as suggesting something we may check into ... He is also a very nice person!! Thank you, Dana Kertes
He explained the options with a leak in the system and probable prices. I felt he leveled with me. Good man.
Besham appears to be very dedicated to pursuing his career in the HVAC trade. He was friendly, polite, patient, and did not feel intimidated when I asked to watch him complete the repair. Besham is definitely an asset to the Bay Team

Customer said Unit working hard to cool the house. Cycle unit on to check temperature difference. Outdoor unit working and in doors blower working. Found supply air was 73* and return air was 76* also the evaporators coil was reading -2*. Advise customer since it an old unit to check with no name plates reading, are all gone. I highly recommended a new system. Customer would like an estimator to come out.
No cooling. Upon arrival I found that the system was operating properly. I checked amp draw and unit is operating within parameters. Unit is 24 years old at this time.
A/C is not working. I found a failed dual capacitor. I replaced the capacitor and cycled the unit with proper operation. Due to age and condition (19yrs) it is time to start considering replacement.

Replaced control board. I disconnected the humidifier low voltage wires from control board. The humidifier is outdated and could have been the cause of the board failing. Cycled system to check. System is operating properly at this time. Thanks Brian . Ichecked the run capacitor. 7.5 mfd.
